Self-disclosure of infected persons/contact persons - answers to frequently asked questions

The city of Halle (Saale) offers a digital contact form for persons with a positive PCR test and their contact persons to submit all important data to the Department of Health. We kindly ask you to fill in the following fields conscientiously. After receipt of the self-disclosure, the staff of the Department of Health will compare it with the results transmitted by the laboratory and the data indicated on it.

After submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the data and outlining the most important rules of conduct. As a rule, the Health Department will not contact you separately.
